I’m a Belgian oil painter inspired by the quiet moments of everyday life.

My work is often shaped by ordinary places, shifting light, and the moments people pass by without noticing. A ferry crossing, a quiet street, a waiting room, or the glow of a late-night snack bar can all become the starting point for a painting.

Rather than recreating reality, I aim to distill it. Through expressive brushwork and carefully observed light, I try to capture a feeling more than a place.

Every painting is created in my studio in Belgium using oil on canvas.
